Resetting your password via email

1. Click on ‘Forgot password’ from your login screen
2. Enter your email address in the email field and click ‘Submit’
3. If there is an account associated with your email, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. (make sure you add ‘[email protected]’ as an exception)
4. Click on the link within the email
5. Enter your new password and confirm password

Resetting your password from within my account

1. If you are already logged in to your account, you can reset your password by clicking on ‘Account Information”
2. Check off the checkbox labeled ‘Change password’
3. Enter your current password and new password

How to update my shipping & billing address?

1. Login to your account
2. Click ‘Address Book’ on the left panel navigation
3. Shipping and billing address will be edited from this screen
