Email the BulbHead Team HERE and state "request prepaid label" to receive a prepaid return label (include your full name, shipping address, and order number). Please print the label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any shipping location. A $9.99 return shipping charge will be automatically deducted from your refund upon printing this label.

OR

Return on your own via FedEx, USPS, or any other traceable method and receive a full product refund. In the package (include your full name, shipping address, and order number). Obtain a receipt with the return tracking number. We encourage you to insure your package as we are not responsible for lost returns.  

Return Unopened Package:

If you've received an unwanted/unordered package or changed your mind, kindly refuse the unopened package upon receipt (return to sender). Write on the box REFUSED or RETURN TO SENDER and drop off at your local post office. Make sure to inform us here. 

Damaged Order:

Apologies for the inconvenience caused by the condition in which your order was received. Please fill out the contact form here and include an image of the damage.
