How do I apply a promo code to my purchase?
You can edit or remove a promo code by clicking on ‘Cancel’ on the promo code box within your shopping cart or on the order review section of checkout before you place your order.
Can I apply multiple promo codes?
You can only use one promo code at a time.
My promo code does not work, what do I do?
Kindly review the promotional code, including its expiration dates and terms & conditions, and attempt the process once more. If the promotion still doesn't apply, it might be expired or designated as a one-time-use code.
How do I redeem my surprise gift promo code?
To redeem your surprise gift, please provide a photo of the surprise gift insert along with your full name and order number. If your purchase was made through a retail store, please let us know which product you purchased and the name of the retailer
